Hana Nono is a high school student. Her first school day in the new year immediately turned out to be a failure: Hana was late because she cut her bangs too short. However, the coming days of Hana change and become full of emotions after a wonderful meeting with the baby Hag-tan and the hamster Harry that has fallen from the sky, accompanying her. Suddenly, the villainous organization “Gloomy Tomorrow” appears, which is aimed at the Crystal of the Future, owned by Hag-tan. Because of her strong desire to protect the baby, Hana receives the Crystal of the Future and turns into a Prikuya of vigor - Kua Yell. Together with Saaya Yakushiji and Homare Kagayaki, as well as Emir Aisaki and Lulu Amur, who later joined, she forms the HAGtto! PriKuya team, which defends the universal future.

Hana Nono ( Japanese 野 乃 は な Nono Hana ) / Kyua Yell ( Japanese я ュ ア エ ー ル Kyua E: ru )

The main character, an energetic 13-year-old girl. Despite the low growth for her age and her “childish” appearance, she dreams of becoming a stylish and mature girl who can be relied on. Always ready for new challenges, but because of her own clumsiness often fails. Due to his desire to protect Hag-tan, Hana becomes Prikuya of vigor, Kua Yell.

Saaya Yakushiji ( Japanese 薬 師 寺 さ あ や Yakushiji Saaya ) / Kyua Anj ( Japanese キ ュ ア ア ン ジ ュ Kyua Anju )

One of the main characters, the elder of the class of Hana, kind and gentle, like an angel. Her mother is an actress; in her childhood, Saaya was also known for her acting abilities. But now she does not know at all what she would like to do in the future, and this greatly disturbs her. Because of the desire to help Kua Yell and become stronger than herself, Saaya becomes PriKua of wisdom, Kua Ange.

Homare Kagayaki ( Japanese 輝 木 ほ ま れ Kagayaki Homare ) / Kyua Etoile ( Japanese п ュ ア エ ト ワ ー ル Kyua Etova: ru )

One of the main characters, a charming classmate of Hana, who loves fashion. She knows a lot and knows how, besides, Homare used to be a figure skating star. After an unsuccessful jump, she left the sport, and after she tried to stay away from him. Wanting to overcome his weaknesses and soar high again, Homare becomes Prikua Strength, Kua Etoile.

A young girl who admires the heroes and herself seeks to protect others from dangers, but it does not always work out for her. Acquaintance with Lulu and her interest in music, which Emir's older brother did not support, led to the rapprochement of the girls. Later, thanks to the strength of friendship and the desire to help Kua Yell, they managed to perform a miracle and together become PriKua of love, Kua Amur and Kua Masheri.

Android created by the organization Gloomy Tomorrow (model RUR-9500). It was introduced into the human environment to study the forces of PriKua, but contact with Hana and other girls led to the gradual generation of emotions in her. The decisive influence on Lulu was made by the acquaintance and the subsequent rapprochement with Emir on the basis of interest in music. Later, thanks to the power of friendship, they managed to perform a miracle and together become PriKua of love, Kua Amur and Kua Masheri.
