Khasanov, Kahhor Gafurovich

Born July 15, 1927 in Kanibadam in the family of an employee.

From the age of 15, he worked first as a loader, then as a weigher and merchandiser in a cotton factory.

Since 1947, in the Komsomol, Soviet, party and state work.

• 1947-1950 - Methodist, head of department and first secretary of the KKSM committee Kanibadam
• 1950–1951 - deputy chairman of the Kanibadam regional executive committee
• 1951 - Head. Organizational Department of the Party Committee of Kanibadam
• 1951-1954 - First Secretary of the Leninabad Regional Committee of the Komsomol
• 1954-1957 - study at the Higher Party School of the Central Committee of the CPSU in Moscow
• 1957–1960 - 1st Secretary of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Tajikistan
• 1960−1965 - First Secretary of the Leninabad City Party Committee.
• 1966-1985 - Chairman of the State Committee of the Tajik SSR on vocational education
• 1986-1988 - Head of the 10th Division of the Council of Ministers of the Tajik SSR.

Since 1988, a personal pensioner. After retirement he lived in Kanibadam.

He was awarded two Orders of the Red Banner of Labor , three Orders of the Badge of Honor , the Order of Friendship of Peoples , and medals: “For Valiant Labor during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945” and “Veteran of Labor”.

Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 5th convocation, the Supreme Council of the Tajik SSR of the 5-11th convocation.

Died January 31, 2018 after a short illness.
