Club career

Pupil of the Gambia Ports Authority club. At 19, the Gambian moved to Europe. His first club was Valletta . In 2015, the midfielder signed a contract with the Cypriot Apollo , but he never played for the team. For two years he was leased to Israeli and Croatian clubs. In 2017, Barry signed a full-fledged contract with the Croatian Hajduk .

Team Career

Hamza Barry played for the youth and youth teams of the Gambia. He made his debut for the main national team as part of the qualifying tournament for the World Cup in Brazil .
