Aslaev, Sagit Tukhvatovich

Sagit Tukhvatovich Aslaev (born November 1, 1954, 1st Itkulovo ) is a Soviet and Russian boxing trainer . Honored Trainer of Russia (2003). Professor (2004). Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences (2007).

Biography

Sagit Tukhvatovich Aslaev was born on November 1, 1954 in the village of 1st Itkulovo, Baymak District, Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic . Father - Tukhvat Halimovich Aslaev . In 1976, Sagit graduated from the Volgograd Institute of Physical Culture .

In 1978, he began working at the Bashkir Regional Council of the Far Eastern Labor and Employment Reserve. In 1982 he became a senior trainer of the school of higher sportsmanship. In 1986 he moved to work in the Ufa school № 4 [1] .

In 1988, he was appointed coach of the USSR national boxing team. In 1992-1996 he also worked in the Russian national team. Since 1992 he is the head coach of the national team of the Republic of Bashkortostan .

In 2001, Sagit Tukhvatovich became the head of the Department of Physical Education and Sports of Bashkir State University , since 2003 - Vice-Rector for Sports and Health Activities [2] .

In 2007 he defended his thesis on the topic “Formation of pedagogical communication skills among physical education teachers in the process of interactive learning” and received the degree of “ candidate of pedagogical sciences ” [3] .

Over the years of coaching and teaching, Sagit Tukhvatovich has trained several international-class masters of sports, as well as more than 50 sports masters of the USSR and Russia, including:

  • Vladimir Ganchenko - the Russian boxing champion of 1992 in the category of up to 48 kg, a participant in the 1992 Olympic Games [4] ;
  • Rinat Gizatullin is the 1992 Russian boxing champion in the under 63.5 kg category. [5] ;
  • Ramil Khusnutdinov is the 1995 Russian boxing champion in the under 48 kg category [6] ;
  • Elvir Kasimov is the 2000 kickboxing world champion [7] [8] .

  • The honorary title " Honored Worker of Physical Culture of the Russian Federation " (1999) [9] .
  • Excellent student of the Republic of Bashkortostan (2001).
  • Honorary title " Honored Coach of Russia " (2003).
  • Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation.
