Biography
Nikolai Nikolaevich Tregubov was born on July 8, 1835. By religion he was Orthodox . Received home education [1] .
March 28, 1852 entered the service of the Russian Imperial Army . November 25, 1854 received seniority with the rank of ensign of the 12th artillery brigade. He took part in the Crimean War . September 29, 1856 he received seniority in the rank of second lieutenant , August 15, 1859 he received seniority in the rank of lieutenant , November 2, 1862 he received seniority in the rank of staff captain . November 30, 1862 was appointed assistant supervisor of the Commissariat Department. Since August 6, 1864 he was an official for special assignments of the Main Quartermaster Office. In 1865, "for distinction" was promoted to captain , with seniority from April 4, 1865. Since April 26, 1867 he held the position of accountant of the Main Quartermaster Office. March 31, 1868 received seniority in the rank of major . In 1871, "for distinction" was promoted to lieutenant colonel , with seniority from March 28 of the same year. Since June 12, 1879 he was the head of the church . Since August 16 of the same year he was an official for special assignments of the VI class. From May 21, 1887 to January 16, 1897 he was an assistant to the quartermaster of the Petersburg Military District , from January 16, 1897 to September 6, 1904 he was the quartermaster of the same military district. In 1888, "for distinction" was promoted to major general , with seniority from August 30, 1888. In 1896, "for distinction," he was promoted to lieutenant general , with seniority from May 14, 1896. From September 6, 1904 to January 3, 1906 he was a member of the Alexander Committee on the Wounded . January 30, 1906 Tregubov was dismissed from service with the production of generals from artillery . On December 2, 1909, he was accepted into the service, received seniority with the rank of general from artillery, and was appointed honorary guardian of the St. Petersburg presence of the Board of Trustees of the Empress Maria’s institutions [1] , he remained in this position until 1917 [2] .
Nikolai Nikolaevich was married, and had six children. His sons Sergey and Vsevolod became officers [2] .
