Biography
Vladimir Petrovich was born on December 28, 1854. By religion he was Orthodox . He graduated from the Petrovsky-Poltava military gymnasium [1] .
August 15, 1870 entered the service in the Russian Imperial Army . In 1873 he graduated from the Mikhailovsky Artillery School , from which he was released into the 3rd Grenadier Artillery Brigade with seniority in the rank of second lieutenant . December 29, 1873 received seniority with the rank of lieutenant . He was transferred to the Life Guards 2nd Artillery Brigade with seniority on April 11, 1875 with the rank of lieutenant guard . In 1878 he graduated from the Mikhailovsky Artillery Academy . August 30, 1878 received seniority with the rank of lieutenant. In 1883 he graduated from the Nikolaev Academy of the General Staff .
