Guignard, Andre

André Guignard (also Gignard ; fr. André Guignard ; 1917 - June 21, 1982 ) - Swiss drafts player, won at least 17 times the title of champion of Switzerland in international drafts . In the 1954 Candidates Tournament, he took second place. In the 1977 European Championship, he shared 10-11 places. He was secretary of the Swiss Drafts Federation and vice president of the World Drafts Federation (FMJD) .
