Biography
Born on January 1, 1950 in the city of Cheremkhovo , Irkutsk Region . At the age of fifteen, she headed the amateur choreographic collective of the Palace of Culture in the Krasnoyarsk Territory . In 1968 she entered the N.K. Krupskaya Leningrad State Institute of Culture at the department “Directing Ballet”. After graduating from the institute in 1973, she began working as the artistic director of the Palace of Culture in the Krasnoyarsk Territory [2] .
In 1976 she moved to Kuibyshev . She worked as deputy director of the House of Culture "October" (in the village of Mehzavod [3] ). At the same time, she began teaching at the Kuibyshev State Institute of Culture (now the Samara State Institute of Culture ), in which she defended her dissertation in 1981 and then headed the Department of Cultural Studies. Since 1995 - professor at the Department of Theory and History of Culture of Samara State University and the Department of Sociology, Political Science, Samara State University . In 1999, she defended her doctoral dissertation in St. Petersburg . In the same year she was elected head of the department of theory and technology of social work at Samara State University [3] .
In October 2000, she headed the Department of Culture of the Administration of the Samara Region . She was a member of the Coordinating Council for Culture and Cinematography under the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and a member of the Samara Provincial Fund for Public Initiatives [3] . Since 2004 - Deputy Minister of Culture of Youth Policy and Sports of the Samara Region [4] .
From August 2009 to the present, he has been the rector of the Samara State Institute of Culture (replaced Margarita Geogrgievna Vokhryshev at this post) [4] [5] [6] .
Repeatedly made presentations at international conferences in the UK , Spain , USA , Croatia on the problems of childhood culture, cultural theory, cultural education, problems of social work [2] .
