Mikhail Stepanovich Tsvirko (born 1927, Belorussian SSR) is a Soviet civil engineer, member of the board of the USSR Ministry of Energy and Electrification . Honored Builder of the RSFSR .

Biography
In 1950, he graduated from the Leningrad Civil Engineering Institute . He worked as a foreman, then as a senior foreman at the construction of the Tsimlyansk hydroelectric station . Since 1954 he worked as a senior foreman, later as the head of the site for the construction of a spillway dam at the Kuybyshev hydroelectric station , then at the construction of the Togliatti TPP . In 1959, he headed the SMU-6 Kuibyshevgidrostroy , worked on the construction of the Kuibyshevfosfor plant [1] .
Since 1966, the deputy chief of the Kuybyshevhydrostroy for the preparation of the construction of the Cheboksary hydroelectric station . In 1967 he headed the Avtozavodstroy trust. He participated in the construction of the Volga Automobile Plant , the Volgar Sports Palace , housing and social facilities of Togliatti .
In 1973, he became the head of the Glavzavodstroy head office, and in 1981 - the Atomenergostroy All-Union Construction and Installation Association [1] .
Honorary Power Engineer of the USSR.
