History
Kharkov was founded in 1911. According to 1926, there were 34 households in the village and 175 people (87 men and 88 women). The national composition of the population was dominated by Russians. Administratively, Kharkov was part of the Oryol Village Council of the Rozhdestvensky District of the Kansky District of the Siberian Territory [2] .
