Biography
Ivan Sergeevich was born on September 1, 1938 in the village of Novaya Yandoba in the Kanashsky district of the Chuvash Republic in a peasant family. In 1965 he graduated from the Volga Forestry Institute (Yoshkar-ola). He worked as an assistant to the forester Shemurshinsky forestry, a forestry engineer of the Ibresinsky forest industry, a senior engineer of the forest department of the Ibresinsky timber combine 1966-1968. In September 1971, in the order of translation, he was appointed chief forest ranger of the Mariinsko-Posad educational-experimental forestry enterprise.
