Cucumber soup ( Polish. Zupa ogórkowa , or simply Polish. Ogórkowa ) [1] - Polish traditional soup made from salted , rarely fresh, cucumbers . Also, root vegetables are added to the soup: potatoes, carrots, parsley root and others. Meat, chicken or vegetable broth can be used, in the latter case the dish will be vegetarian . A close relative of pickle . It is used both in hot and in cold form.
