After the independence of Ukraine, the plant was transferred to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Ukraine .

In July 1995, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to privatize the plant during 1995 [6] , after which the state enterprise was transformed into an open joint-stock company .
