Caribbean Club Championship 2017 - the 19th draw of the tournament. The final stage was held on May 14-21, 2017 . The winner of the tournament qualified for the CONCACAF Champions League 2018 , and the clubs that took 2-4 places in the new tournament of the CONCACAF 2017 tournament.

For the first time in history, the Caribbean Club Championship was won by a team from the Dominican Republic Cibao . She directly qualified for the 2018 CONCACAF Champions League.

Final Round
At this stage, 6 clubs (5 winners of group tournaments and the reigning champion Central ) were divided into 2 groups of 3 teams each, in which one-round tournaments were played. The teams that took 2nd places played a match for 3rd place among themselves, and the winners of the groups played the championship title and a direct ticket to the CONCACAF 2018 Champions League in the final match.
