Course indicator

Course indicator

Course indicator (agronavigator, parallel driving system) - the use of parallel driving systems in agriculture has allowed the introduction of such a term as precision farming . Heading navigation, even when using wide-range technology, provides high accuracy and speed, makes it possible to work in poor visibility or at night.

Appointment

  • Minimization of gaps (blemishes) and overlap when applying fertilizers and plant protection products;
  • Minimization of reseeding and sifting;
  • Facilitates the work of the machine operator.

Functions

  • Definition of the treated area
  • Area contour measurement
  • Painting the finished area
  • Speed display
  • Display the distance traveled
  • Visual Management Tips
  • Sound control prompts
  • Return to starting point
  • Driving patterns

Parallel Driving Schemes

  1. Trajectory line A-B. Used to define lines in a field where all work lines will be parallel
  2. Linear trajectory A + Angle. Used to determine the line in the field of which all other working lines will be parallel and will be determined on the basis of one point of the initial route and the angle calculated in relation to the north
  3. Parallel curve AB. Used when you want to work with an area filled with smooth curves. All lines will be aligned to the first reference line.
  4. The movement is carried out along curved lines. Each next line gives an orientation based on the last completed route.
  5. The movement in a circle. This mode is used in irrigation areas with a central axis. The movement is carried out in concentric circles around the central axis

Quality Features

  • The accuracy of the operation varies from 100 to 1 cm and depends on the capabilities of the receiver and additional positioning systems: the number of channels, data transfer frequency, as well as the presence in the operating system of mathematical algorithms that improve accuracy, for example, Glide, e-Dif and the like;
  • Stability of work - depends on the number of satellites, signals from which it can simultaneously receive and on the number of GNSS systems;
  • Protection - from dust and water IP - an international sign of protection, maximum protection - IP 68), from shock, vibration and the like;
  • Simplicity - understandability and ease of the operating system;
  • Additional functionality - the ability to connect additional systems: autopilot, automatic section control, differential fertilizer application, seeding monitoring, seeding control, data transfer.
