About the performance
The play based on the play by Alexander Galin , written in 1982, was staged in 1987 - at the very beginning of perestroika , when for the first time it became possible to speak openly about asocial layers of society. The performance takes place on the 101st kilometer , where “extra” people were evicted during the Moscow Olympics .
"Stars in the Morning Sky" was the first performance on the MDT stage, which was released without preview by officials . The performance was a huge success with the audience both in Russia and abroad during numerous tours. [1] .
The performance has been in the repertoire of the theater for more than thirty years, since the universal themes raised in it are relevant to this day.
