Biography
In 1890, after graduating from the Nicholas School of Engineering, he was promoted to lieutenant and released into the 6th battalion. In 1894, promoted to lieutenant . In 1897, after graduating from the Nikolaev Academy of Engineering on the 1st category, "for excellent achievements in the sciences" was promoted to captain-staff . In 1899, promoted to captain.
