Biography
Born on August 2, 1887 in Zhytomyr . In 1905 he graduated from the Siberian Cadet Corps , and in 1908 the Nikolaev Engineering School was released as second lieutenant to the 2nd East Siberian Field Aeronautical Battalion.
In 1910 he graduated from the Training Balloon Training Course, after which he was promoted to assignment and assigned to the 4th ballooning company. Since October 18, 1910, a junior officer of the 2nd company of the Brest-Lithuanian aeronautical battalion . In 1912, after graduating from the Officer Aeronautical School , he was appointed a pilot in the 3rd Detachment of the 7th Aeronautical Company.
