The All-Ukrainian Cooperative Council (VUKORADA; Ukrainian: The All-Ukrainian Cooperative Council ) is a public-cooperative organization founded by a decree of the Council of People's Commissars of the Ukrainian SSR of October 31, 1921 to regulate the cooperative movement, formulate common principles for the functioning of various types of cooperation, convene cooperative congresses, establish relations with authorities, process and the publication of regulatory acts on cooperative societies. It consisted of 15 representatives of central cooperative institutions, and VUKORADA itself acted first at Vukoopspilka, fulfilling the directives of the Main Cooperative Committee at the Council of People's Commissars of the Ukrainian SSR, the plenary meeting of which adopted on April 24, 1922 the "Regulation on the All-Ukrainian Cooperative Council." From government structures in VUKORADU included V. Zatonsky , V. Kachinsky. Valid until July 2, 1924. Functions and tasks passed to the Ukrainian Central Intercooperative Council (established on October 14, 1925).
