Career

Konstantino Urbieta Sosa was born in the Uqua Pora district of Concepcion in the family of Martial Urbiet and Teresa Sosa. A little later they moved to Asuncion , in the Caballero area. This area was located near the Teniente Farigna stadium . There he was discovered by footballer Manuel Flaitas Solic , a player at the Nacional club. He looked over Sosa and enrolled him in a club. Also there were enrolled his brothers Pasiano, Fulgenci and three more brothers [2] .

In 1931, Konstantino left for Argentina , in the Newell's Old Boys [4] , where he spent one season [5] . In 1932, Sosa moved to the Tigre club [6] , for which he spent 21 matches and scored 1 goal. A year later, the footballer became a player of the Godoy Cruz team, playing in the Mendoza League [7] [8] . In 1935, the midfielder moved to San Lorenzo , for which he played three meetings. In 1939, Sosa played for the Estudiantes in the second division , having played six meetings [7] .

Urbieto Sosa played for two national teams. In 1931, he played two matches for the national team of Paraguay [9] . In 1934, he rode in the Argentine national team for the World Cup . There he played one meeting with the Swedish team, in which his team lost 2: 3 [10] .
