Dekteri ( Latvian: Dekteri ) is a settlement in the Rezekne region of Latvia . Included in the Nautra parish . Ludza is about 66 km away [1] .

History
In Soviet times, the village was the center of the Miglinieki village council of the Ludza district . In the village was located the central estate of the collective farm “Liesma” [1] ( Latvian. Liesma - “ Flame ”).
