Temnothorax angulinodis (lat.) Is a species of the Formicoxenini tribe of small size ants from the subfamily Miramins of the Formicidae family. Endemic of Greece [1] .

Description
Small brown ants (2–3 mm; head length from 0.59 to 0.65 mm). Antennae 12-segmented. The head is ovate-elongated, the chest is low and long, the metanotal impression is developed, the posterior thorax is angular, with long propodeal spines. Chest and head on top with longitudinal wrinkles. The stalk between the breast and the abdomen consists of two segments: the petiolus and the postpetiolus (the latter is clearly separated from the abdomen), the sting is developed. Included in the species group Temnothorax nylanderi species-group. The species was first described in 2015 by American and German myrmecologists Sándor Csősz ( California Academy of Sciences , San Francisco , California , USA ), Jürgen Heinze ( University of Regensburg , Regensburg , Germany ), István Mikó (Frost Entomological Museum, University of Pennsylvania , University -Park , Pennsylvania , USA) [1] .
