Biography
As a football player, he spent most of his career at the Athletics Club in Lisbon. Vingada finished playing in Belenensis . It was with this team that he made his debut as head coach. Having led several teams of the lower leagues, Vingada entered the coaching staff of Carlos Keirosh in the country's youth team . In 1993, after Keirosh left the post of coach of the Portuguese national team , Vingada for some time led the country's main team.
