Club career
Lod is a student of the HIK club. In 2011, to get playing practice, Robin on a loan went to Clubs 04 , where he played a season and a half. After the lease was over, Lod returned to HIK. On October 22, in a match against MuPa-47, he made his debut in Weikkauslig [2] . In the same match, Robin scored his first goal for HIK. In his debut season, he helped the club win the championship . In 2012, Lod on a leasehold moved to the UPU . On August 12, in a match against KuPS, he made his debut for a new team [3] . On August 27, Robin scored his first goal for KuPS in a duel against Honka [4] . In 2013, he returned to HIK and helped the club win the championship twice and also win the Finland Cup .
In the summer of 2015, Lod moved to the Greek Panathinaikos . On October 3, in a match against Xanthi , he made his debut in the Greek Super League [5] . On May 23, 2016, in a duel against the capital AEK, Robin scored his first goal for Panathinaikos [6] .
In the summer of 2018, Lod, as a free agent, signed an agreement with Gijon Sporting [7] .
International Career
On October 31, 2013, in a friendly match against the Mexican national team, Lod made his debut for the Finnish national team [8] . On October 6, 2016, in the qualifying match of the 2018 World Cup against the Icelandic national team, he scored his first goal for the national team [9] . On November 9, 2017, Robin scored twice in a duel against the Estonian national team [10] .
