Born September 25 (12), 1906 in the village. Big Gribovo of Mozhaisk district of Moscow province.
He graduated from the rabfak at the Institute of National Economy. G.V. Plekhanov (1928), studied at the Moscow Mining Academy , but in connection with its division into six universities, he graduated from the Moscow Steel Institute. I.V. Stalin (1932).
Labor activity:
- 1932-1938 foreman in swimming trunks, shift supervisor, deputy shop manager at the Zlatoust Metallurgical Plant (Chelyabinsk Region).
- 1938-1941 engineer of Glavspetsstal
- 1941-1946 head of the open-hearth shop No. 1 of the Zlatoust Metallurgical Plant
- 1946-1949 in executive positions in Glavspetsstal

He died in 1971 in the city of Sumgayit, Azerbaijan SSR during a trip to the pipe mill.
The Stalin Prize of 1942 - the open-hearth furnace shop of the ZMZ, under the leadership of Malyshev, was able to quickly increase the production of metal for the needs of the front (the money was directed to the construction of a Soviet metallurgical combat aircraft).
1962 Lenin Prize for work on automation of the 400 pipe mill of the Rustavi Metallurgical Plant.
He was awarded the Order of Lenin (1962).
