Wadty [4] [5] - a swamp lake of the right-bank floodplain of the lower course of the Spit [2] , is located on the territory of the Levichansky rural settlement in the Kosinsky district in the east of the Komi-Permyatsky District of the Perm Territory [6] .

The name of the lake consists of two components: wad - “a stagnant lake with marshy shores” and you - “any lake” [7] [8] .
The water surface of Vadta is 0.12 km² [2] .
The mirror of the lake is located at an altitude of 135.1 m above sea level [1] in the middle of the Ejidniur swamp, 2 km southwest of the village of Selishche [2] [6] .
On the south side of the lake, the source of the Spit - the river Synkulem [1] [6] takes its source.
Water registry data
According to the state water register of Russia, it belongs to the Kama basin district , the Kama river water sector from the source to the water gauge near the village of Bondyug , the river sub-basin - the Kama tributary basins to the confluence of the White.
