Madalena Iglesias ( port. Madalena Iglésias , October 24, 1939 - January 16, 2018) - Portuguese singer and actress. She represented Portugal at the 1966 Eurovision Song Contest with the song “Ele e ela” , taking 13th place in the final [2] [3] .

A native of Lisbon . She began her career as an actress on television in 1954. In the future, she often participated in various international music festivals, rearranging her country there. In 1972, she married the businessman Fernando Oliveira, after which she completed her career and settled with her family in Venezuela .
