Career
In school years, Ndur played for the team of the city of Okayama . During the performance, the MVP of the school was recognized, and also was a member of the All Star teams in 2009 and 2010.
After graduating from a Japanese school in 2011, Ndur moved to the United States . For 2 years of playing as part of the college team, Monroe scored 848 points, which corresponds to 8th place in the list of college top scorers. In 2013, he transferred to the University of Ohio .
Not becoming a candidate in the NBA draft of 2015, Ndur signed a contract with the Dallas Mavericks and held 4 pre-season matches for him, but left the team due to a leg injury [1] .
In December 2015, Ndur signed a contract with Real Madrid [2] . In 12 matches of the championship of Spain, he scored 2.3 points, 1.8 rebounds and 0.7 block shots in 9.6 minutes of the game. In 6 Euroleague matches, he scored 1.7 points and 1.2 rebounds in an average of 8 minutes of the game.
In July 2016, Ndur became a New York Knicks player [3] . He played 32 games for the NBA club, gaining an average of 3.1 points, 2 rebounds, spending 10.4 minutes on the floor.
In November 2017, Maurice moved to UNICS [4] . In 22 VTB United League matches, he scored 10.4 points and an average of 4.7 rebounds per game.
On January 14, 2018, Ndur set the VTB United League record for the number of shots without a miss in one game. In a match with Nizhny Novgorod (91:89), he accounted for 10 of 10 two-point hits, 1 three-point and 7 of 7 exact penalties [5] .
In August 2018, he signed a new contract with UNICS under the 1 + 1 scheme [6] .
On January 24, 2019, the composition of the teams for the “VTB United League All-Star Game” became known. According to the results of the fans ’voting and the media questionnaire, in which 19 publications took part, Ndur joined the“ Stars of the World ”team [7] .
At the end of the VTB United League regular season , Ndur was recognized as the best defending player of the tournament. In the regular season that ended, Maurice spent 16 matches in which he averaged 11.1 points, 4.4 rebounds and 0.9 interceptions at 13.3 points for the effectiveness of actions. Ndur was the best in UNICS block shots (1.2), and the Kazan team became the best in defense in the regular season, missing an average of 74.8 points per match [8] .
On May 5, 2019, in the second match of the playoff series against the Estonian Kalev (108: 84), Ndur showed the second performance indicator in the match in the history of the VTB United League playoffs (36).
