History
Founded in 1926 . In 1929, the Trud artel was organized (later the collective farm named after the 18th Party Congress) [4] .
Physical-geographical characteristic
The village is located in the Volga region , within the Syrtovaya plain , belonging to the East European Plain , on the Maliy Uzen River , at an altitude of about 90 meters above sea level [3] . The soils are dark chestnut [5] .
The village is located 4.7 km in a straight line in the south-west direction from the district center of the city of Yershov (from the city center). By road, the distance to the center of Yershov is 6.7 km, to the regional center of the city of Saratov - 180 km [6] .
