History
The pavilion was built in 1954 by the project of architect S. N. Shugan, with the participation of engineers H. H. Han and A. S. Shigen. The building in terms of rectangular, two-story, white (which, according to the plan, symbolizes the dairy industry). Initially, the pavilion was called "Dairy Plant". The existing name received in 1956 [1] . The pavilion exposition was devoted to the processing of milk and the manufacture of dairy products — cottage cheese , sour cream , condensed milk , cheese , etc. Devices and equipment used at dairy farms and dairies were demonstrated. Literature on relevant subjects was also exhibited, and lectures and screenings of documentaries were held. In the 1990s, the exhibition was abolished, the pavilion was used for trade. At the moment there is a cafe in it [1] .
