Kuulkai [2] - a river in the north of the Russian Far East , flows through the territory of the Chaunsky district of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug . The river is 67 km long [2] .

The name is translated from Chuk. Kuulkey is a βdeep rivuletβ [3] .
It takes its sources in the swamps of the Chaun Lowland , where it is called Kuulvey , flows eastward with a flow velocity of 0.2-0.3 m / s until it flows into Rauchua from the left [4] [5] . Middle and lower reaches along the coast of the East Siberian Sea.
