Men's Volleyball World Championship 2018 - qualification

The qualifying tournament of the 19th World Volleyball Championship for men was held from May 13, 2016 to November 12, 2017 . 21 tickets to the world championship were played. Initially, 147 national federations submitted applications. After a series of refusals, the number of participating teams was 124. The qualifying tournament was held within the framework of five continental confederations [1] . Teams from Italy , Bulgaria (organizing countries) and Poland (reigning world champion) were exempted from qualification.
