History
The village of Novaya Pavlovka is mentioned in the List of populated places of the Samara province according to the information for 1889. According to the List, the village belonged to the Lyubitsky volost of the Nikolaev uyezd of the Samara province . It was inhabited by 646 inhabitants, Little Russians and Russians , Orthodox and schismatics. The plot of land was 1690 desyatins of convenient and 423 desyatins of uncomfortable land, there was a chapel, 3 windmills [3] .
According to the List of Populated Places of the Samara Province in 1910, the village of Pavlovka was inhabited by former state peasants , mainly Russian , Orthodox, 314 men and 287 women, in the village there were a church , a parochial school , 6 windmills [4] .

The settlement is located in Zavolzhye , on the left bank of the Bolshaya Chalykla River (left tributary of the Kamelik River ), opposite the village of Novodmitriyevka [5] .
