Content
Story
The film takes place 27 years after the guys defeated Pennywise. It would seem that everything is fine, they are adults and live their own lives, but an unexpected phone call forces them to unite again. The heroes will again have to face their fears and with It, which involves new participants in its game.

Production
In an interview with Variety, director Andres Musketti said that he decided to take a break from working on the second film in order to look at the reaction of the public, because, according to him, he wanted to remain faithful to the spirit of the source and was excited that the new version of “It” contains more blood than 1990 television movie from ABC [8] [9] .
The director said that the second part will take action 27 years in advance and named the approximate start date for filming [10] [11] .
Most likely, we will remove the sequel. According to the plans, we will have the script of the second part in January. Ideally, we will begin preparations for filming in March 2018. The first part concerns only children. The second tells about these characters 30 years later. The film will have flashbacks with memories of 1989, when they were children [12] [13] .
On September 17, 2017, actor Bill Skarsgård, who played the role of the dancing clown Pennywise, revealed that the studio shot a scene with him that was unfolding in the past [14] . According to Skarsgård, in one of the early versions of the film, there was a flashback moment in the 1600s. The actor played the role of a character not in the makeup of a clown. The sketch showed the origin of Pennywise. The scene, as the actor added, was to show the existence of a monster in the bowels of the Earth for many years [15] . This moment may appear in the director's publication or in the second part. The Variety portal noted that there was a similar scene in the early Ono script that Cary Fukunagi was doing. There Pennywise played the piano and devoured children in the 1800s.
The filming process of the second part of “It” began on June 20, 2018 [16] and ended on October 31, 2018.
