Pekshena Street ( Latvian: Pēkšēna iela ) is a street in the Vidzeme suburb of Riga , in the Teika microdistrict. It starts from the intersection with Aizkraukles Street , crosses Bayaru Street , and then ends in a dead end. It does not intersect with other streets.

It has asphalt throughout. The total length of the street is 506 meters [1] . Public transport does not run along the street.
The development is mostly private, low-rise, developed since the 1930s.
History
Pekshena Street was laid during the construction of the residential area, now known as Teika . The name was given in 1929 in honor of the Latvian architect Konstantin Pekshens (1859-1928) [2] . There were no renamed streets [3] .
Notable Buildings
- Residential buildings No. 3 (built in 1933), No. 11 (built in 1939) and No. 27 (1937) are protected monuments of local architecture [4] .
