Creation History
By the decision of the Executive Committee of the Krasnodar Territory Council dated March 28, 1977, No. 205 “On Partial Changes in the Administrative Territorial Division of the Territory”, the village of the first branch of the Rassvet experimental production facility was registered as a newly-emerged settlement on the territory of the city Council and named as Znamensky .
By the decision of the Krasnodar City Duma of September 22, 2011, within the boundaries of Bogatyrskaya, Voiskova, Sichova and Vostochny bypass streets west of the village of Znamensky , a residential area was formally named Novoznamensky [1] .
At the moment, the Novoznamensky residential area, located on the territory of the Karasun intracity district of the city of Krasnodar, borders on the Komsomolsky microdistrict in the southwest, in the east with the village of Znamensky and adjoins the federal highway “ M 4 - Don ”.
Transport
Regular transport links are provided by the suburban bus route No. 59 "railway station Novoznamensky - TRC" Seven Stars ". Also, school buses of 2 secondary schools located in the Komsomolsky microdistrict provide transport links.
Population
As of December 1, 2017, 7088 people lived in Novoznamensky railway station. The number of private households in the village is 2287 objects IZHS. Construction
On the territory of Novoznamensky railway station, 4 construction projects are under construction at various stages of completion: Marcel residential complex, Sports Park residential complex, Belaya Dacha holiday village and Sosnovy Bor railway station. Upon completion of construction of all 4 objects buildings, the approximate population of Novoznamensky will be 38,500 people.
