Geography
The source of the river is located on the slope of Mount Kuluyny-Obasy [3] , in the north-eastern part of Karabi-yayla (near Nikolai Rukhlov, in the book “Overview of the river valleys of the Crimean mountainous part” - Mount Kutar-Kaya ), at first it flows gently, taking a large source on the left Menar-Khanyn-chokrak ( flow rate at the beginning of the 20th century 900 buckets per day). At a height of 417 fathoms (about 890 m), the channel narrows, the slope increases, cascades appear [4] - Bai-Su forms a canyon , in places up to 200 m deep [5] . River 1 has an unnamed tributary, a water protection zone is set at 50 m [6] . The river flows into Tanasa 16 kilometers from the mouth [2] , in the village of Krasnosyolovka [7] .
