Torrock [1] ( FR. Torrock ) is a small town and suprefecture in Chad , located in the West Mayo-Kebi region . It is part of the Mayo Dallah Department .

Geographical position
The city is located in the southwestern part of Chad, south of the , at an altitude of 517 meters above sea level [2] . The village is located at a distance of approximately 270 kilometers south of the country's capital N'Djamena .
Population
According to the 2009 official census, the population of Torroc was 49,981 people (23,447 men and 26,534 women). The population of the prefecture according to the age range was distributed as follows: 51.6% - residents under 15 years old, 43.2% - between 15 and 59 years old and 5.2% - aged 60 years and older [3] .
