Club career
Patrick Rossini began his career as a player in the youth team of Lugano, from where, at the age of 17, he joined the Bellinzona camp. As part of the latter, Rossini made his debut at an adult level, having spent three matches in the Challenge League season 2005/2006. At the same time, Milan “Inter” became interested in the young striker, but for half a year in the system of the eminent club Rossini failed to fully show themselves. To really open up, the striker turned out to be in the “Schaffhausen”, with which Patrick survived a fall in the third division and return to the Challenge League. In the seasons 2012/13 and 2013/14, he became the top scorer of the Promotion League and Challenge League, respectively. Following these successes, interest from the Super League followed quite logically, and in the 2014/15 season Rossini became a player in Zurich, but the striker failed to prove themselves at the highest level - a lease at Lugano and a victory in Challenge League in the second half of the season 14 /15. The second attempt to conquer the Super League was provided to Rossini as early as next season: Zurich did not renew the contract with the player, as a result of which Lugano got completely free. On July 26, 2015, Rossini scores the first goal in the Super League against Tuna. But as part of the "Lugano" he managed to play the whole half-season. Since the winter of 2016, Rossini became a player in Aarau, first on a rental basis, and from the 2016/2017 season on a full basis.
