Chad Allegra ( born Chad Allegra ; born January 20, 1980) is an American wrestler , better known under the pseudonym Karl Anderson ( born Karl Anderson ). The main fame and recognition came to the wrestler during his performance in the Japanese promotion New Japan Pro Wrestling , where he received the nickname The Machine gun . In January 2016 he moved to World Wrestling Entertainment , where he performs and is a former RAW team champion with Luke Gallow.

Wrestler career
Japanese period
Since 2008, Anderson began performing at NJPW, where he created the Bad Intentions team with another gaijin, Giant Bernard . Together they won the G1 Tag League, became IWGP team champions, and were also recognized as the “Team of the Year” according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. After the collapse of the team in 2012 (in connection with the return of Bernard to WWE ), Karl began a short solo career. Already in 2013, he, together with Prince DeWitt , Bad Luck Fale and Tama Tonga create a new group, “ Bullet Club ”. After Doc Gallows joined the group, they became a team that was able to win the company's team titles three times and become winners of the World Tag League tournament. Soon, the team was noticed by WWE agents, and in 2016 Anderson left Japan, signing a contract with a well-known American company.
WWE (2016 — present)
Anderson and Gallows first appeared on the screens during the April issue of RAW, where they attacked the Uso brothers. If for Gallows it was a return to the company, then Anderson made his debut in it. Over the next months, they helped their former Bullet Club partner AJ Styles in his confrontations, first against Roman Raines , and then against John Cena . The group was called The Club, and broke up after the 2016 draft. On the Battle Royale show, Anderson and Gallows took their first team titles with the company, defeating Cesaro and Sheimus in a match with two referees. On January 1, 2018, they teamed up with Finn Balor, another former member of the Bullet Club.
