Story
1856 year. Robert and Mamie Yoonson are a young married couple from Scotland who arrived in America at the invitation of her uncle. Mamie runs the household, and her husband successfully copes with the work in the logging camp. One by one, several children are born. Their oldest son, Robbie, named after his father, grows up as an intelligent, kind and responsible boy. But suddenly, health problems of one of the children lead to a series of tragedies that will affect the whole family.
