Military property

Military property - state property , which is in permanent or temporary disposal of military organizations and state structures [1] to meet their material and technical needs in peacetime and wartime [2] .

Military property includes all types of weapons and military equipment, ammunition , fuels and lubricants , fuel , food supplies, all types of technical, emergency rescue, airfield, skipper, clothing, medical and veterinary property and other materiel. In addition, it includes residential, warehouse, service funds, communication vehicles, industrial and economic enterprises of military departments [1] [2] .

The procedure for using military property is regulated by military charters, service instructions, manuals and relevant provisions of other normative acts [2] . According to domestic law, weapons, military equipment, and many other types (according to a special list) of military property are state property of special economic importance, which is withdrawn from civil and commercial circulation and cannot be sold, donated, mortgaged, exchanged, and so on [2 ] .

For damage to military property , violation of the requirements for its storage or use, for actions leading to the loss of military property, military personnel and other persons may be brought to disciplinary (administrative) or criminal liability [1] [2] .
