Biography

In 1941-1942 he was in the besieged Leningrad . He was evacuated. He spent three years in an orphanage, in the Perm village of Siva.

After the war, he graduated from the hydrometeorological department of the Leningrad Arctic School. He worked in the Komsomol organs of Leningrad. Then - the journalism department of the Leningrad Higher Party School, work in the Leningrad newspaper "Change", where the first essays of Vysotsky were printed.

In 1964 he moved to Moscow. He worked in various newspapers and magazines (" Komsomolskaya Pravda ", "Young Guard", "Man and the Law", " Spark "). The first book of Vysotsky, “Ask the Dawn”, was published by the Young Guard publishing house in 1969. Since 1975 - a member of the Union of Writers of the USSR .

Author of more than twenty books and five scripts for feature films. The main character of the works of the Vysotsky Soviet period is Igor Kornilov, an employee of the Leningrad Criminal Investigation Department, and later investigator Vladimir Frize. His works were published in Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, East Germany, Vietnam, Germany and other countries. He is a laureate of prizes of the Union of Writers of the USSR and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR .
