Lent is a county in the Dutch municipality of Nijmegen , a former municipality.
The tape is separated from the city center of Nijmegen by the river Baal , on the north bank of which it lies.

Tape was a municipality until January 1, 1818. Then, until 1998, it became part of the former municipality of Elst.
