Biography
He was born on May 7, 1867 in Odessa . He was Orthodox by religion. He graduated from the cadet corps [1] .
August 30, 1885 entered the service in the Russian Imperial Army . He graduated from the Mikhailovna Artillery School , from where he was released with seniority on August 11, 1886, with the rank of second lieutenant in the 15th Artillery Brigade. On August 11, 1886 he received seniority in the rank of lieutenant , on August 11, 1890 he received seniority in the rank of lieutenant , on July 25, 1895 he received seniority in the rank of staff captain , on May 6, 1900 he received seniority in the rank of captain , on November 18, 1907 he received seniority in the rank of lieutenant colonel . From November 18, 1907 to May 29, 1910 he was the commander of the 5th battery of the 38th artillery brigade. Since May 29, 1910 he was the commander of the 3rd battery of the 4th infantry artillery division. As of May 15, 1913 he was in the same rank and in the same position [1] .
He took part in the First World War . As of June 24, 1915 he was in the same position and rank. June 24, 1915 "for the difference in affairs" was promoted to colonel , with seniority on October 9, 1914. From June 24 to August 11, 1915 he was the commander of the same battery. By the highest order of August 11, 1915 he was dismissed from his post due to illness and was appointed to the reserve of ranks at the headquarters of the Kiev military district , at which he remained until January 11, 1916. Since January 11, 1916, he has been in the reserve of ranks of the Odessa Military District . As of August 1, 1916, he was in the same rank and in the same reserve [1] .
