Club career

Artyom Sautin was born in Druzhkovka , and is a pupil of the Donetsk School of Olympic Reserve. The young footballer began speaking on the football fields for the youth team of AFC-UOR from Mariupol in 1994. In early 1995, Artem received an invitation from the second team of Donetsk “ Miner ”, which at that time played in the second Ukrainian league . As part of the Pitmen’s second team, Sautin played during 1995, and since the beginning of 1996 he became a player in yet another second-team team - Pitmen from Komsomolsk.

In the summer of 1996, Artem Sautin received an invitation from the Volyn club, which dropped out of the Premier League , and set the task for the season to return to the top division. A lot of young football players came to the team, the “crusaders” started the championship well, for a long time they were leaders in the first league tournament. However, six months later, a promising footballer, and one of the top scorers in the Lutsk club (for the first round, Sautin scored 5 goals in 16 games played) [1] invited the strongest and most financially secure Ukrainian club of those years - Dynamo Kyiv . In the Kiev club, a football player played exclusively for the second and third teams in the first and second leagues, once in the second team he became the winner of the first league and twice became the silver medalist of the tournament. True, these achievements did not have a tournament significance, since the second Dynamo team could not advance to the big leagues as the farm club of the first team of Dynamo Kyiv.

In early 1999, having lost the opportunity to break into the foundation of the first Dynamo team, Artem Sautin accepts an invitation from the Premier League team from Zvezda from Kirovograd . However, in this club, the footballer also failed to become a base footballer, having played only 1 match in the major league, and another 1 match was played for the club’s second team in the second league. Sautin started the next season in the first-league team Polygraphtekhnika from Alexandria, and played the second half of the season in another first-league team - Neftyanik from Akhtyrka. The next season, Artem Sautin spent in " Transcarpathia " from Uzhgorod . In the Uzhgorod club, the footballer became one of the base players, and at the end of the season the team took second place in the first league and received the right to play in the top division. However, the next season, Artem was no longer a player in the foundation of the Transcarpathian club, having played only 2 matches for the main team and 8 games for the farm club . The next season, the football player spent in Tavria in Simferopol , but he was also not a base player, and in a year he entered the field in only 2 championship matches. The last professional club of Sautin was Kiev CSKA , in which the footballer played for a short period of time in 2003.

Team appearances

In 1997, after joining Dynamo Kyiv, Artem Sautin was called up to the Ukrainian youth team . He made his debut at the youth level on March 22, 1997 in a friendly match with the Moldavian youth team . During the year, Artem Sautin played 6 matches, in which he scored 1 goal scored against the youth team of Armenia . [2] After that, the football player was not called up to the national teams of Ukraine.
