Biography
Born May 15, 1953 . In 1976 he graduated from the University of Tokyo , Faculty of Law.
In 1982 he graduated from the Kennedy School at Harvard University ( USA ), master of administration.
Since June 1982 - Deputy Director of the Bureau of Trade Policy for America and Oceania.
Since 1984 - Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Oil Refining.
Since June 1986 - Deputy Director, General Director of the Secretariat of the Interior.
Since July 1989 - Secretary, Minister.
Since July 1990 - Head of Planning, International Atomic Energy Agency for the Nuclear Industry.
Since May 1991 - Director of the Japan office of the Trade Development Center in Brussels .
Since July 1994 - Director of Public Relations of the Secretary of the Minister.
Since July 1995 - Director of the Atomic Industry Agency
Since July 1997 - Director for Trade Policy at the Regional Cooperation Bureau and the Department of Economic Cooperation.
Since August 1999 - Director of Planning, Natural Resources, Oil Department
Since May 2000 - Special Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan .
