Born on November 13, 1923 in the city of Ozyory, Moscow region, Kolomna district. Member of the Great Patriotic War.

He graduated from the MEI (1951).

In 1960-1972. Chief Engineer of the NPO "Istok" Fryazino.

In 1972-1987 Director of the Scientific Research Institute “Titan” (pb I-2058) of the USSR MEP, which in 1975 was reorganized into the NPO “Tory” .

Doctor of Technical Sciences, professor, laureate of the Lenin Prize, laureate of the USSR State Prize.
