Danish Chess Championship 1976

The Danish Chess Championship of 1976 was held in Aarhus . The tournament was held on the Swiss system in 10 rounds with 20 participants. The tournament was attended by most of Denmark’s strongest chess players of the time, with the exception of international grandmaster B. Larsen .

B. Jacobsen won his only champion title, bypassing the group of pursuers by one point. Immediately six chess players participated in the division of second place.
