Furman, Alexander Yakovlevich

Alexander Yakovlevich Furman (born 1974 , Moscow ) is a Soviet and Russian drafts player (international drafts). One of the strongest drafts players at the turn of the 1980-1990s. International Grandmaster (1992).

Member of the national teams of the USSR and Russia. He participated in world championships ( 1992 - 9th place), Europe ( 1992 - 4th place), USSR ( 1991 - 5th place) in hundred-cell drafts. Bronze (1990 [1] ) and silver (1991 [2] ) medalist of world championships among juniors, bronze (1988 [3] ) and silver (1989 [4] ) medalist of world championships among cadets.

Studied at MIIT.

The last international tournament was in 1994 [5] .

Since 1995 - in Germany.
